Hybridoma clone has been derived from hybridization of X63.653 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with normal human lymphocytes from lymph node.
Antigen distribution:
CD21 is found on the most part of human B cells. CD21 is present on 9 +/- 7 % normal peripheral blood lymphocytes.
Specificity:
MAb LT21 reacts with CD21 antigen (MW 140 kDa). The CD21 molecule is the receptor for C3d and also for EBV.
Working dilution 1:1000.
MAb isotype:
IgG1 for MAb LT21
Applications:
MAb can be used to enumerate human B cells and classify cases of lymphoma.

PBS, pH 7.4, 0.1 % sodium azide (NaN3)
