Hybridoma clone has been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with normal human lymphocytes from lymph node.
Antigen distribution:
CD20 is found on all human B cells and no other cell types. CD20 is present on 9 % normal peripheral blood lymphocytes.
Specificity:
MAb LT20 reacts with surface B cell antigen CD20 (MW 35 kDa).
MAb LT20 completely cross-blocks binding of MAb Leu-16.
Working dilution 1:1000.
MAb isotype:
IgG2a for MAb LT20
Applications:
MAb can be used to enumerate B cells and classify cases of lymphoma.

PBS, pH 7.4, 0.1 % sodium azide (NaN3)
