Hybridoma clone has been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with Daudi cell line.
Antigen distribution:
CD19 is found on all human B cells and no other cell types. CD19 is present on 9 +/- 7 % normal peripheral blood lymphocytes.
Specificity:
MAb LT19 reacts with surface B cell antigen CD19 (MW 95 kDa).

Applications:
MAb can be used to enumerate B cells and classify cases of lymphoma.
