Hybridoma clone has been derived from hybridization of X63.653 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with normal human blood granulocytes.
Antigen distribution:
CD16 is found on all granulocytes and NK cells. CD16 is present on 11 +/- 7 % normal peripheral blood lymphocytes.
Specificity:
MAb LNK16 reacts with CD16 antigen (MW 55 kDa).
Working dilution 1:5000.
MAb isotype:
IgG1 for MAb LNK16
Applications:
MAb can be used to enumerate human NK cells and classify cases of lymphoma.

PBS, pH 7.4, 0.1 % sodium azide (NaN3)
