Hybridoma clone has been derived from hybridization of X63.653 myeloma with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with normal human blood granulocytes.
Antigen distribution:
CD11b is found on almost all granulocytes and NK cells and also on part of T cells. CD11b is present on 22 +/- 7 % normal peripheral lymphocytes.
Specificity:
MAb LT11 reacts with CD11b antigen (MW 165 and 90 kDa). The CD11b molecule is the receptor for C3bi.
Working dilution 1:1000.
MAb isotype:
IgG1 for MAb LT11
Applications:
MAb can be used to enumerate T supressor cells and for characterization of LFA-1 immunodeficiency.

PBS, pH 7.4, 0.1 % sodium azide (NaN3)
