Hybridoma clone has been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with Nalm6 cell line.
Antigen distribution:
CD10 is found on early human B cells. CD10 is present on acute leukemias of "common" type.
Specificity:
MAb LT10 reacts with the surface antigen CD10 (MW 100 kDa) otherwise known as the common acute lymphoblastic leukemia antigen (CALLA).
Working dilution 1:1000.
MAb isotype:
IgG1 for MAb LT10
Applications:
MAb can be used to classify cases of leukemia.

PBS, pH 7.4, 0.1 % sodium azide (NaN3)
