MAbs:

Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with human natural tumor-derived purified CEA antigen.

Specificity:
MAbs 3C2, 3C5, 3C6: epitope specificity group I
MAb 3C1: epitope specificity group IVa or II
MAb 3C4: epitope specificity group IV
MAb 3C8: epitope specificity group V
Epitope specificity is given per ISOBM classification. MAbs are not cross-reacting with human leukocytes in cytofluorometry.

MAb isotypes:
IgG for MAb 3C5
IgG1 for MAbs 3C1, 3C2, 3C4, 3C6, 3C8

Applications:
MAbs 3C4 and 3C6 can be used in immunohistochemistry.
MAbs 3C1 and 3C6 are working in EIA. Recommended pair for sandwich immunoassay (coating – conjugate): 3C6 – 3C1

Purification:
Ion exchange chromatography.

Presentation:
10 mM Tris, pH 7.5, 0.15 M NaCl, 0.05 % sodium azide (NaN₃)
