Monoclonal mouse anti-CA125

MAbs:
X75, X306, X325
and X52
Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with CA125 antigen purified from human ovarian carcinoma (MW > 1 MDa).

Specificity:
CA125 antigen.
MAbs X52; X75, X325: epitope specificity group B (ISOBM classification) similar to M-11.
MAb X306: epitope specificity group A (ISOBM classification) similar to OC125.

MAb isotypes:
IgG1 for all MAbs

Applications:
Detection of CA125 antigen. Suggested pairs for sandwich immunoassay (coating – conjugate):
X306 – X52
X306 – X325
X306 – X75
All MAbs are working in Western blotting. MAb X325 can be used in immunohistochemistry on paraffin embedded tissue (please download the data sheet from link above to see the pictures)

Purification:
Ion exchange chromatography.

Presentation:
10 mM Tris, pH 7.5, 0.15 M NaCl, 0.05 % sodium azide (NaN3)

Storage:
+ 4 °C

Material safety note:
This product is sold as an antibody preparation for research use only. Standard Laboratory Practices should be followed when handling this material.
Contains sodium azide (0.05 %) as preservative. Although the amount of sodium azide is very small appropriate care must be taken when handling this product.
