Monoclonal mouse anti-human α-fetoprotein (AFP) receptor

Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with purified human AFP receptor.
Specificity:
MAbs react with different determinants of human AFP receptor. Additional data on reactivity is presented in the printable version.
MAb isotypes:
IgG2a for MAbs 2B8, 5E1
Applications:
Detection of AFP receptor in tissue extracts. Suggested pair for sandwich ELISA (coating - conjugate): 5E1 - 2B8.
Both MAbs are working in Western blotting.
MAb 5E1 is working in immunohistochemistry.
