Hybridoma clone has been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with purified ADH from human liver.

Specificity:
Human ADH
MAb 1E5 reacts with ADH with Kd=2x10^-10 M. MAb 1E5 does not influence the oxidoreductase activity. MAb 1E5 does not cross-react with ADH from rat and rabbit.
