Blood sample from the tissue donor was tested and found negative for HBsAg, HCV, HIV-1 and 2 antibodies, HCV antibodies, and syphilis.

Immunological  activity: 
Immunoreactivity is checked using monoclonal antibodies specific to human adiponectin.

Purification: 
Affinity and hydrophobic interaction chromatography

Presentation:
Lyophilized from solution in 25 mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.5, 0.1% CHAPS
Product is strongly recommended to reconstitute with Tris-HCI, pH 7.5, 0.1% CHAPS to prevent any loss of immunoreactivity

Storage:
- 20 °C
After reconstitution store at - 20 °C.

Avoid repeated freezing and thawing
It is recommended to aliquot the product after reconstitution
