Specificity:
Hexon antigen of human adenovirus.

MAb isotypes:
IgG2a for MAb 8C4, 7F1
IgG2b for MAb 3H8
MAbs 1E11 and 7C11 are biclonal – mixture of IgG2a and IgM.
Both isotypes are adenovirus hexon specific.

Applications:
Detection of human adenovirus.
MAbs 7C11, 8C4, 1E11, 3H8 and 7F1 are working in ELISA. Best recommended pair: 8C4 – 1E11
MAbs 7C11, 1E11 and 8C4 can be used in immunodiffusion.
MAbs 7C11, 1E11 and 8C4 can be used in immunohistochemistry.
MAbs can also be used in lateral flow.

Purification:
Chromatography on protein A Sepharose

Presentation:
PBS, pH 7.4, 0.1 % sodium azide (NaN3)
