Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with human skTnI.
Specificity:
Human skTnI.
Cross-reaction of MAb 7G2 with cardiac TnI is less than 1.5%, cross-reaction of MAb 12F10 with cardiac TnI is less than 0.05%.
MAb isotypes:
IgG2b for MAbs 12F10 and 7G2
Applications:
skTnI immunoassay and TnI immunoaffinity purification. All MAbs are working in Western blotting.
Recommended pair for sandwich immunoassay (coating - conjugate): 12F10 - 7G2
