Source:
TnI and TnC purified from human heart tissue.
Blood sample from the tissue donors was tested and found negative for HBsAg, HIV-1 and HIV-2 antibodies, HCV, and syphilis.
Analysis:
Tn I-C complex was formed by combining human cTnI and human cTnC in a molar ratio 1:2.
Complex completeness was controlled in sandwich fluoroimmunoassay using MAbs specific for free TnI only and MAbs, equally reacting with free TnI and TnI in complex with TnC.
Presentation:
Solution in 50 mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.5, 0.15 M KCl, 5mM CaCl2, 15 mM ß-mercapthoethanol.
Storage:
- 70 °C
Other information:
Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
It is recommended to aliquot the product after the first thawing.
