Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with human TnC.

IgG2b for MAb 12G3
Applications:
TnC immunoassay and immunoaffinity purification.
All MAbs work in Western blotting.
Best pair for TnC sandwich immunoassay (coating – conjugate): 1A2 – 7B9
MAbs can be used in high sensitivity cTnI sandwich immunoassay in pairs with antibodies specific to human cTnI (Cat.# 4T21) and Tn complex (Cat.# 4TC2).
