Human brain tissue. Blood sample from the tissue donors was tested and found negative for HBsAg, HIV-1 and HIV-2 antibodies, HCV, and syphilis.
Applications:
Useful as an inhibitor of Con A-stimulated mutagenesis in murine T-cells. Marker of lymphocytes from cancer patient. Readily convert to the GM1 ganglioside by using bacterial or other sialidase from mammalian tissue without detergent.
Analysis:
Purity more than 98 % by HPTLC. MW 2085
Presentation:
Lyophilized from water solution.
Storage:
-20 °C in lyophilized form.
After reconstitution the solution should be stored at -20 °C.
