Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with human TAFI.

Human TAFI
MAb isotypes:
IgG1 for MAbs 13H4, 16C5 and 19E2
IgG2a for MAb 13D5
Applications:
TAFI immunoassay, TAFI immunoaffinity purification. All MAbs are working in ELISA.
MAbs 13H4, 16C5 and 19E2 are working in Western blotting.
Recommended pairs for sandwich immunoassay: (coating - conjugate):
13D5 - 19E2 (best pair)
13D5 - 13H4
16C5 - 13D5
