Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with M. tuberculosis RV3134 recombinant protein of dormancy regulon.
Specificity:
M. tuberculosis RV3134 recombinant protein of dormancy regulon. MAb B10 cross-reacts with M. tuberculosis RV2623 recombinant protein. All MAbs recognize different epitopes.
MAb isotypes:
IgG1 for MAbs D5 and G1
IgG3 for MAb B10
Applications:
MAbs are working in indirect ELISA and Western blotting.
