Hybridoma clone has been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with recombinant protein Rv2031.
Specificity:
MAbs recognise amino acid sequence corresponding to Rv2031 gene.
MAb isotypes:
IgG1 for MAbs 31C11, 31D7
IgG2a for MAb 31F11
IgG2b for MAb 31F12
Applications:
All MAbs are working in indirect ELISA. MAbs 31C11, 31D7 and 31F11 are working also in Western blotting.
