Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with TSH from human pituitary gland.
Specificity:
MAbs 7G12, 10C7 and 5E8 specifically recognize the whole molecule of TSH.
MAbs 11E4, TSB1, TSB4 and 8B15 specifically recognize beta-subunit of human TSH.
MAbs 11E4, 7G12, 10C7, 5E8, TSB1 and 8B15 do not cross-react with human LH, FSH and HCG.
MAb TSB4 does not cross-react with human LH and FSH, but it cross-reacts with human HCG.

IgG1 for MAbs 11E4, 7G12, 10C7, TSB1, TSB4, 8B15
IgG2a for MAb 5E8
Applications:
Detection of human TSH in two-site enzyme immunoassay.
Recommended pairs (capture - conjugate): 11E4 - 7G12, 10C7 - 5E8, TSB1 - TSB4
MAb 8B15 is working in Western blotting.

MAbs TSB1, TSB4 and 8B15 by ion exchange chromatography

MAbs 11E4, 7G12, 10C7, 5E8 and 8B15 in PBS, pH 7.4, 0.1 % sodium azide (NaN3)
MAbs TSB1 and TSB4 in 0.15 M NaCl, 10 mM Tris, pH 7.5, 0.05% sodium azide (NaN3)
