Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with influenza B virus derived from allantoic fluid of 10 days old embryonated eggs.

Influenza B haemagglutinin 2 (HA₂)

IgG2a for MAb InB18
IgG2b for MAb InB190

Applications:
Influenza B haemagglutinin (HA) immunodetection in direct or indirect ELISA, Western blotting
