Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with synthetic peptides of infectious salmon anemia virus, putative haemagglutinin, conjugated to KLH.
Specificity:
All MAbs recognize peptides of putative haemagglutinin of infectious salmon anemia virus (8-23 a.a.r. for MAbs 16C7 and 16F4 and 296-312 a.a.r. for MAbs 18D8 and 18F9).
MAb isotypes:
IgG1 for MAbs 18F9 and 16C7
IgG2a for MAb 16F4
IgG2b for MAb 18D8
