MAbs:

Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with human GPBB.
Specificity:
MAbs 1G6, 7B9, 6G5 and 8G7 are reacting with BB isoenzyme. MAbs 17B6 and 6F1 are reacting with BB and MM isoenzymes.
MAb isotypes:
IgG1 for MAbs 17B6, 6F1, 6G5, 7B9, 8G7
IgG2b for MAb 1G6
Applications:
GPBB immunoassay and immunoaffinity purification.
All MAbs are working in Western blotting.
Best pairs for sandwich immunoassay (coating - conjugate): 1G6 - 6F1, 6F1 - 7B9.
Important note: it is recommended to use three-step assay, since signal is low in one-step and two-step assays.
