Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with inactivate FMD virus (MAbs 2D2 and 3G8), or recombinant non-structural protein of FMDV (MAbs 1G2 and 1H4).
Specificity:
MAbs 2D2 and 3G8 are specific for virulent serotype O1. MAbs 1G2 and 1H4 are specific for NS- non-structural proteins.
MAb isotypes:
IgG2a for MAbs 2D2, 3G8, 1G2, 1H4
Applications:
All MAbs are working in ELISA. MAbs 2D2 and 3G8 are working also in immunodiffusion.
