Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with human heart FABP.

Specificity:
Human heart FABP

MAb isotypes:
IgG1 for MAbs 5B5, 9F3, 10E1, 22, 25, 28, 30, 31
IgG2b for MAbs 6B6

Applications:
Human heart fatty acid binding protein immunoassay and immunoaffinity purification. All MAbs are working in ELISA (except MAb 6B6).
We recommend using following pairs of antibodies for sandwich immunoassay (coating - conjugate):
10E1 - 9F3, 10E1 - 5B5, 9F3 - 10E1, 5B5 - 9F3, 22 – 25
Best pairs: 28 – 22, 28 – 31, 28 – 10E1, 28 – 30
MAbs 6B6, 22, 30 and 31 are recommended for use in Western blotting.

Chromatography on protein A Sepharose

PBS, pH 7.4, 0.1 % sodium azide (NaN3)
