Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with peptide coupled with APP.
Specificity:
ErbB-2 (HER2/neu).
MAbs ERB-D6, ERB-D8 react with peptide ILDV2 (MAb ERB-D6 reacts preferably with phosphorylated peptide and MAb ERB-D8 reacts strongly with dephosphorylated peptide).
MAbs ERB-B2, ERB-F9 react with peptide ILDV4 (MAb ERB-B2 reacts preferably with phosphorylated peptide and MAb ERB-F9 reacts strongly with dephosphorylated peptide).

IgG2a for MAbs ERB-D6, ERB-D8, ERB-B2, ERB-F9
