Bovine brain tissue.
Applications:
One of the minor neuronal gangliosides. Has the terminal GalNAc-residue with beta linkage to the terminal Gal-residue of GD1a. It is stable against the majority of sialidases, including the sialidase from Vibrio cholerae.

Purity more than 98 % by HPTLC. MW 2030
Presentation:
Lyophilized from water solution.
Storage:
-20 °C in lyophilized form.
After reconstitution the solution should be stored at -20 °C.
