Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with C. botulinum E toxoid.

Specificity:
C. Botulinum E toxoid.
For cross-reactivity with A and B toxoids in indirect ELISA see the printable version.
There is no cross-reactivity with A and B toxoids in sandwich ELISA.

MAb isotypes:
IgG1 for MAbs KBE169 and KBE42

Applications:
All MAbs are working in ELISA and Western blotting.
Recommended pairs (coating – conjugate): KBE169 – KBE42.

Purification:
Chromatography on protein G Sepharose

PBS, pH 7.4, 0.1 % sodium azide (NaN₃)
