Hybridoma clone has been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with IM9 cell line.

Antigen distribution:
CD71 is found on activated human lymphocytes.

Specificity:
MAb reacts with surface cell antigen CD71 (MW 95 kDa).

MAb isotype:
IgG2a for MAb LT71

Applications:
Flow cytometry, Immunoprecipitation

Purification:
DEAE chromatography

Presentation:
20 mM Tris-HCL, pH 7.4, 0.1 % sodium azide (NaN₃)
