Hybridoma clone has been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with IM9 cell line.

Antigen distribution:
CD54 is found on resting (weak) and activated (moderate) lymphocytes and monocytes

Specificity:
MAb LT54 reacts with surface cell antigen CD54 (MW 90 kDa) otherwise known as ICAM-1 antigen, which plays a role in the cell adhesion

MAb isotype:
IgG1 for MAb LT54

Applications:
Flow cytometry, Immunoprecipitation

Purification:
DEAE chromatography

20mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.4, 0.1 % sodium azide (NaN₃)
