Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with recombinant human soluble CD40 Ligand / TRAP Analog conjugates with BSA.

IgG1 for all MAbs
Applications:
Human sCD40L immunoassay. All MAbs work in enzyme immunoassays. MAbs can be used for detection of human sCD40L in serum.
All MAbs work in Western blotting, but for best sensitivity we recommend MAbs 2B10 and 30B4.
