Specificity:
MAb BA35 is reacting with 29 and 12 kD proteins in Western blotting. MAbs BrF11 and BrG11 are reacting with LPS of Brucella abortus and with intact Brucella-cells.

IgG2a for MAbs BA35, BrG11
Applications:
MAbs BrF11 and BrG11 are working in ELISA. All MAbs are working in Western blotting.
