Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with highly purified protective antigen of Bacillus anthracis.
Specificity:
Protective antigen of Bacillus anthracis.
MAbs are not cross-reacting with lethal factor antigen of B. anthracis, Y. Pestis, F. Tularensis, Toxoplasma gondii.
MAb isotypes:
IgG1 for MAbs C3, BAP0105 and BAP0106
IgG2b for MAbs BAP0101, BAP0102, BAP0103 and BAP0104
Applications:
Detection of protective antigen of B. anthracis.
MAbs are working in ELISA.

Purification:
MAbs BAP0101, BAP0102, BAP0103, BAP0104, BAP0105 and BAP0106 are purified by chromatography on protein G Sepharose.
MAb C3 is purified by chromatography on protein A Sepharose.
