Hybridoma clone has been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with 17b-estradiol-BSA conjugate.

Specificity:
MAb recognizes 17b-estradiol-BSA conjugate and free estradiol. There is no cross-reactivity with BSA.

MAb isotypes:
IgG1 for MAb ESTR-1

Applications:
MAb can be used in competitive assay of 17b-estradiol.

Chromatography on protein G Sepharose
